Author Guidelines for Open Access Journals at Reseapro

Reseapro welcomes submissions from all fields of science, medicine, engineering, social sciences, humanities, and business. The following types of manuscripts are accepted:

• Research Articles: Original studies with new findings, methodologies, or theoretical contributions. Should include structured abstracts, clear objectives, detailed methodology, results, and discussion.
• Review Articles: In-depth literature reviews that summarize and synthesize existing knowledge. These papers highlight research gaps and future directions.
• Case Studies: Detailed real-world accounts offering insights into practical applications, systems, or behaviors.
• Mini Review: Short academic article that summarizes recent research on a specific topic, highlighting important findings and suggesting areas for future study.
• Short Communications: Brief yet impactful research contributions, including preliminary findings or novel methodologies.
• Perspectives/Commentaries: Expert opinions or viewpoints on recent developments, trends, or controversies.
• Editorials: Opinion pieces by editors or guest contributors reflecting on key topics or current academic discourse.
• Letters to the Editor: Concise, focused letters on previously published works or topical issues of importance.

Authors are expected to uphold the highest standards of research integrity and ethical conduct throughout the publishing process.

Originality and Plagiarism

• Submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
• Plagiarism, including improper paraphrasing or idea copying, is strictly prohibited.
• Manuscripts must have <20% similarity as per plagiarism checks.

Data Integrity

• Data must be presented accurately and clearly.
• No fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate image manipulation is allowed.
• All visuals must be original and free of AI-generated content, unless otherwise disclosed.

Conflict of Interest

• Declare any financial, personal, or academic affiliations that may affect interpretation.

Authorship Criteria

• Only individuals who have made a significant contribution should be listed.
• Ghost authorship and honorary authorship are strictly prohibited.

Funding Transparency

• Disclose funding sources and any sponsor role in the study.

The corresponding author serves as the primary liaison between the journal and the co-authors. Their responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all listed authors meet authorship criteria.
• Managing submission, revisions, and post-publication inquiries.
• Confirming data accuracy and ethical compliance.
• Communicating reviewer/editor feedback with co-authors.

All manuscripts must be submitted through Reseapro's secure Editorial Management System (EMS).

What to Include:

• Manuscript (in .docx or .pdf format)
• Cover Letter stating manuscript title, type, and author information
• Conflict of interest and funding disclosure
• Author list with full affiliation and ORCID ID (if available)

Initial editorial screening (plagiarism check, scope match, formatting) is completed within 24–48 hours.

We follow a rigorous double-blind peer review process where the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure fairness and impartiality.

Timeline:

• Peer review completed within 21 days of assignment.
• Revisions, if any, are processed within 7–10 days.
• Accepted articles are published online within 7 days of approval.

As a fully open-access journal, we do not charge subscription fees. Instead, an APC is charged to support peer review, editing, indexing, and digital archiving.

All waiver requests must be submitted at the time of initial manuscript submission.

A secure link will be provided upon acceptance. APCs are non-refundable post-publication.

Articles can be withdrawn free of charge within 7 days of submission. Post-7 days, a 20–30% processing fee is applied before peer review begins.

For post-acceptance withdrawal, a formal justification is required and may lead to permanent blacklisting in severe cases.

All published articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY). Authors retain copyright.

This means:

• Articles are freely accessible and reusable, provided attribution is given.
• Readers can build upon published work for educational and non-commercial use.
