Types of Manuscripts Accepted

Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

Authors are expected to uphold the highest standards of research integrity and ethical conduct throughout the publishing process.

Originality and Plagiarism

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism, including improper paraphrasing or idea copying, is strictly prohibited.
  • Manuscripts must have <20% similarity as per plagiarism checks.

Data Integrity

  • Data must be presented accurately and clearly.
  • No fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate image manipulation is allowed.
  • All visuals must be original and free of AI-generated content, unless otherwise disclosed.

Conflict of Interest

  • Declare any financial, personal, or academic affiliations that may affect interpretation.

Authorship Criteria

  • Only individuals who have made a significant contribution should be listed.
  • Ghost authorship and honorary authorship are strictly prohibited.

Responsibilities of the Corresponding Author

The corresponding author serves as the primary liaison between the journal and the co-authors. Their responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all listed authors meet authorship criteria.
  • Managing submission, revisions, and post-publication inquiries.
  • Confirming data accuracy and ethical compliance.
  • Communicating reviewer/editor feedback with co-authors.

Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through Reseapro's secure Editorial Management System (EMS).

What to Include:

  • Manuscript (in .docx or .pdf format)
  • Cover Letter stating manuscript title, type, and author information
  • Conflict of interest and funding disclosure
  • Author list with full affiliation and ORCID ID (if available)

Initial editorial screening (plagiarism check, scope match, formatting) is completed within 24–48 hours.

Peer Review Policy

We follow a rigorous double-blind peer review process where the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure fairness and impartiality.

Timeline:

  • Peer review completed within 21 days of assignment.
  • Revisions, if any, are processed within 7–10 days.
  • Accepted articles are published online within 7 days of approval.

For post-acceptance withdrawal, a formal justification is required and may lead to permanent blacklisting in severe cases.
